I. Sensory Functions
· Hearing (Ears): Sound source location within a 360 degree, 5 meter perimeter. The reception range is adjustable.
· Speech (Mouth): Pleasant, warm voice with AI speaker TTS for Xiaomi, Midea and Huawei.
· Sight (Eyes): Champion of the Microsoft Global Facial Recognition Competition, super fast 600 millisecond identification speed.
· Walking (Legs): Laser radar navigation with visual re-positioning and customizable speed.
· Thinking (Brain): Powerful natural language processing (NLP) capability, supporting dozens of skills.

II. Overview of Functions
1. Attracts Crowds
· Sign Use: A sign placed on the robot increases attention by approximately 30%. Please refer to the standards and source files of signs. Click here to download them.
· Sticker Use: Decorating the robot with stickers helps it fit into a certain environment, and increases customer feedback by 50%! Click here to download stickers.
· Distant greetings: The robot can automatically approach potential customers when spotting them within a distance of 3-10 meters. It both displays and reads aloud the greeting messages.
· Advertising: When placed in ad mode, the robot plays an ad resource when no customers are interacting with it. This function can be turned on and off by a switch. The content and frequency of the announcement are customizable and the robot can turn left to right while playing it.
· Patrol Mode: The robot moves within a certain area while playing an announcement. When it spots a person, it stops and enters the interactive mode. It continues to move around when the person leaves.

2. Proactively Greets People
· Greetings: When anyone approaches within 1.3 meters in front of the robot, it plays a greeting and loads the home screen. Different greetings can be set for different employees, guests, or strangers.
· Displaying Name on Screen: The names of employees, VIPs and guests whose pictures have been pre-uploaded, and other people the robot recognizes can be displayed.

3. Wakes Up On Command
· By Voice: Saying "Cheetah" loudly from any angle will wake the robot up.
· By Contact: Touching the screen will wake the robot up when it is in the sleep mode.

4. On First Meeting
· Home Screen: Backgrounds, logos, menus, and buttons can be customized using three templates.
· Focus Tracking: When awake, the robot will face any person it sees, and move its body in their direction as they move, until their face leaves its field of vision.
· Face Memory: Facing the robot and saying "My name is..." while its awake registers your name and face in the robot's memory. The next time the robot greets you, it will say and display your name.

5. Holds Conversations
· Inquiries: Corporate level questions can be set in various categories, and batch import/export of images and videos is supported.
· Knowledge Graph: The robot can answer questions as long as they are filled out in the structured template.
· Corporate-Level Inquires: You can set one or several answers to the same question, one answer to several questions, or several answers to multiple questions. Images and videos can be attached to replies.
· Robot-Level Inquires: This level inquiry takes priority over corporate-level inquiries. The questions and answers can be set for multiple robots simultaneously.
· Keyword Answers: As long as the user's question contains at least one keyword, the robot can answer. Quick answers can be given to large numbers of questions, but the accuracy rate is low.
· Reading Comprehension: GreetBot can consume books as fast as the Monkey King.
· Q&A API: GreetBot can give dynamic replies to questions. For example, how many guests have been tended to so far.
· Weather: Multiple rounds of dialogue are supported (What's today's weather like? How about tomorrow? How about in Shanghai?)
· Calendar: How many days until the Spring Festival? What time is it? What's today's date?
· Chat: Saying the command "Turn on/off chat mode" in the local language controls how much GreetBot interposes into a conversation.
· Semantic Prediction: Basically, GreetBot can think while listening. As long as an answer is matched, a reply will be given without having to wait for the previous VAD to be truncated.

6. Familiarizes Itself with Environments
· Mobile robots scan their surroundings by driven manually or remotely controlled on a stiff carpet
· When creating maps, you can use the eraser to erase image noise, as well as delineate permitted and forbidden areas.
· Place Memory: Push the robot to a place and say, for example, "This is a cafe".
· Company Locations: The robot matches locations to names on its current map based on the company database.

7. Gives Directions
· Ask Directions: Place locations must be configured in the back-end, including names, synonyms, descriptions, images, and other information.
· Take Me There: After setting a location, you can say "Take me to the cafe" or "You go to the cafe", etc.

8. Receives Visitors
· Applet Invites: Supports individual and group modes and custom appointment SMSs. Add an image in advance and receive a surprise!
· Leads the Way: Enter an invite code or upload photos of the site. The robot can open gates that use facial recognition or card swipes, so visitors can gain access this way as well.

9. Gives Tours
· The company can set a tour route and presentation content in the back-end and GreetBot will follow it. No matter how many times an explanation is given, GreetBot won't get tired.

10. Entertainment Services
· Songs: The robot can sing along to music videos uploaded via the back-end customizable Q&A.
· Dancing: Two cute dance tunes are currently available. Just ask the robot to dance!
· Selfies: Say "Let's take a picture together!" and the robot will enter the selfie mode.
· Tongue twisters, jokes.

11. Expanded Functions
· Mini App Center: Configuring commands and web addresses allows the robot to quickly support more services, and help customers and developers to expand more custom functions. Once configured, web pages can be opened by voice command and third party app redirect instructions can be configured in the Mini App Center.

12. Smart Recommendations
· Icebreaker: In case the user wakes the robot up but doesn't ask a question, the back-end's Icebreaker function allows the admin to customize a question the robot can ask to initiate an interactive dialogue with the user.
· Topic Recommendations: By configuring recommendation phrasing in the back-end, admins can provide the robot with customized topics to guide the conversations along. Recommendations can be made without criteria or based on keywords.
· Text-to-Speech Recommendations: By configuring trigger conditions and recommendation phrasing in the back-end, admins can allow the robot to automatically read off TTS after answering a question . Recommendations can be made without criteria or based on keywords.
· Task-End Recommendations: By configuring recommendation phrasing in the back-end, the admin can allow the robot to make announcements after exiting a function or completing a task. Mini App and dance functions are supported.

13. Remote Maintenance
· Common issues can be resolved remotely in the best human-robot cooperative fashion, decreasing the cost of maintenance and assisting admins in improving the robot's utility and stability.
· When the location function is working normally, the robot's position is displayed in real time on a map.
· If the location function is experiencing an anomaly, the robot can be instructed via remote control to locate the charging pole and reset its position.

14. Self-Charging
· Low Battery: When the battery has below 10% power, the robot automatically returns to the charging pole.
· Scheduled Charging: The robot will return to the charging station at scheduled times, and then leave and return to its post after the scheduled amount of charging time.

15. Automatically Locating Position
· Via Charging Pole: If the robot loses track of its location, it can be wheeled back to the charging pole to reset.
· Via Visual System: When in Advanced Mapping Mode, the robot can locate itself using visual cues by circling its Home Location.

16. Fixed Point Service
· The robot will encounter issues while roaming freely in areas with dense foot traffic, so an option is available in the settings that instructs the robot to only provide services in a fixed point.

17. Self-Updating
· The system automatically updates every two weeks. Trial versions are released alternately with stable versions, and GreetBot becomes more and more adept.

18. Notifications
· SMS Alerts: When the robot is experiencing a problem, a report is sent via SMS.
· Daily Report: Every morning at 9:00 am, a report on the previous day's business operations is sent via SMS.

III. Back-End Admin and Services
1. PC Corporate Back-End
· Most of the above functions can be custom configured in the PC corporate back end (equivalent to GreetBot's Working Mode Settings). Roles can also be set for each robot, a general service role or tour guide role. The PC back end home page supports data display or tour configuration based on various roles, allowing proficient general service or tour guide roles to be configured in just a few simple steps.

2. Applet Back-End
· A convenient admin interface for mobile clients that supports viewing the robot's status, submitting guest appointments, conducting video surveillance, changing the robot's name, and so on.

3. Data Center
· Displays online status distribution and version distribution of all company devices, as well as detailed data on the five main functions of voice conversation, visitor traffic, direction giving, guided tours, and visitor reception.

4. NLP Customization Platform
